House Rules:
● Check-in is from 15:00 - 18:00. Should you need to check-in earlier or later, please let us know as soon as possible. An after-hours fee might be applicable, should you need to check-in after 18:00.
● For any unforeseen power outages or load shedding, a backup inverter, aditional gas hob and emergency lights are available for your convenience.
● WIFI & a Smart TV available.
● The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 en-suite, sleeping a 6 people. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
● Do take care of small children at this house as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings. The owners and property management company will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries or death.
● Baby Gear available additionally, please enquire with us for availability & cost.
● Linen, bath - & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels.
● Regret, no pets are allowed on the property. The area is a conservancy surrounded by wildlife including birds, bushbucks and bush pigs.
● No smoking indoors, please discard cigarettes in ashtrays provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
● This property is not wheelchair friendly.
● Noise policy: Wilderness Heights Cabin is situated in a quiet area. We kindly request that noise levels be kept down, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting. Music must be turned down after 22:00. Unruly and/or noisy behavior can result in eviction, without refund.
● A cleaning surcharge will be applicable, should the property not be left in a reasonable condition.
● This house has a conservancy/septic tank, only human waste and toilet paper down the toilets, please ensure cleaning materials are marked ‘Septic Tank Friendly’, thanks.
● Housekeeping service available at an additional cost, please enquire / book well in advance as it is subject to availability.
● Monarch Management strongly advises you to take out comprehensive travel insurance prior to arrival.
● This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
