- Noise policy: Milkwood Views is situated in a quiet residential complex. We kindly request that loud music, parties or any excessive noise be avoided at all times, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting. No loud music or noise will be tolerated and the owners and property management company reserves their rights.
- A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
