This Garden Route seafront holiday house comprises of four bedrooms, accommodating up to eight people. The main bedroom has large windows with full sea views, whilst the other three bedrooms have lovely garden views. The main and second room are en-suite, whilst the third and fourth room share a full bathroom.

An inviting and spacious lounge with indoor fireplace and wall-mounted smart flatscreen TV is open-plan with the dining room, both of which have sliding doors opening onto the seafacing balcony – an ideal vantage point for sundowners, al fresco dining and a place from which to take in the sprawling views. A second lounge leads off the main lounge, with comfortable seating arrangements and garden views. The fully equipped kitchen flows from the living area, which in turn opens into an additional garden-facing dining room with indoor pizza oven. Outdoors is a lovely enclosed garden area with built-in BBQ/Braai.

Further house features include a separate office room with desk, a guest bathroom, direct access into the automated garage, an alarm with armed response, full package Dstv as well as a UPS inverter system in the main lounge which operates the TV during loadshedding.

Uncapped wifi is offered throughout the house.

Ideal for a family with children, group of friends travelling together, business executives, also golfers due to its central location.

Sharing the same property are two self-contained units each with their own private entrances, on the lower level. They are available to book independently or together with the villa, for a large family or group of friends: Kyles Kin Oceanfront Apartment and Kyles Kin Oceanfront Studio.

- Access via some stairs, not wheel-chair accessible.
- There is no inverter or back up supply of electricity in the event of loadshedding. There are, however, rechargeable lights. There is a UPS inverter system in the main lounge which operates the TV during loadshedding.
- R 3000 in cash as breakages deposit upon check-in (or pre-paid via EFT for local RSA residents).
- R 250 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00.
- A maximum of 8 people sharing in 4 bedrooms are allowed to sleep over. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
- This property isn’t equipped to be child friendly. Do take care of small children at this property as there are no safety barriers on the stairs. The owners and property management company will not be held responsible or liable in any way, for any incidents or accidents on the property.
- Please bring your own baby high chair with. A camp cot for 1 baby is provided, to be set up on prior request only. Please supply own bedding for the camp cot, and towels.
- Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels.
- No pets are allowed on the property.
- No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
- Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please.
- Noise Policy: No Loud Noise at Any Time of Day – this property is located in a residential area. We kindly request that loud music, parties, or any excessive noise be avoided at all times. Our aim is to provide a sanctuary for relaxation. Guests found in violation of this noise policy may be asked to vacate the property without a refund. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in preserving a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all our guests and neighbours alike. No loud music or noise after 22h00 will be tolerated.
- Beach access: You can access the beach via a public boardwalk within walking distance from the house, however, do not the boardwalk has a lot of stairs and is steep.
- A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
- Housekeeping service is not included - it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at time of enquiry.
- This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
- This property is shared with 2 other units, both on the ground level: a 2-bedroomed apartment as well as a bachelor studio. Each unit has their own private entrance but can be opened up with interleading doors, if units are booked together.
