Kleinkrantz Beach House

Enjoy sea views from the comfort of your abode, a stretch of coastline rich in dolphin and whale sightings. The wrap-around deck with jacuzzi is a great place at which to unwind and take in the scenery.

House features includes a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable lounge leading onto the deck, indoor and outdoor dining tables, a fully equipped kitchen with separate scullery (washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher) as well as a lounge upstairs with smart flatscreeen TV and full package DStv. Additional features include uncapped wifi, an alarm system and fully enclosed garden, outdoor shower, outdoor seating arrangements on the sea-facing deck, also a Weber BBQ/Braai.

Accommodation comprises of three light-filled bedrooms sleeping six people in comfort and style, two of which are en-suite, the third with a bathroom adjacent. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds, with 2 extra single pull outs beds suitable for 2 children under 12 years old only – subject to owner approval and additional charge.

Kleinkrantz Beach House is a pet-friendly Garden Route holiday house.

Ideal for a family, group of golfers, couples seeking a romantic sea-side stay or group of friends travelling together.

NOTE: This house isn’t equipped to be child-friendly, guests to take care of small children – owners and property management company will not be held liable.

There is a gas stove top and some rechargeable lights. The geysers, oven & jacuzzi is electrical and won’t work during loadshedding.

A safe swimming beach is in Wilderness, approximately 5 – 10 minute drive from this house.

Pets upon prior request only, strictly subject to owner confirmation. Max 2 pets only.

A newly built (2025) house is on the sea-facing side of this property, and not displayed in these photos. It does obstruct some of the sea views.

- The house has an inverter in the TV lounge for loadshedding which only operates the wifi, TV and 1 light next to the TV. There is a gas stove top and rechargeable lights.
- R 3000 in cash as breakages deposit upon check-in (or pre-paid via EFT for local RSA residents).
- R 250 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00.
- A maximum of 6 people sharing in 3 bedrooms. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
- Additional 2 people can be accommodated on 2 single pull-out beds in the Twin Bedroom, at extra R 500 per person per night. This is strictly upon prior request and pre-payment is required.
- Children of all ages are welcome, however, this house isn’t equipped to be child friendly. Please take care of small children at this property. There is no child safety barriers or gate on stairs, also no safety railings. You need to keep an eye on your small children for their safety. The owners and property management company will not be held liable in any way. Please bring your own camp cot with – there is a high chair which can be set up upon prior request only at no additional charge.
- This property is not wheelchair accessible.
- Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels.
- Pets are allowed on the property upon prior request only, subject to owner confirmation. Max 2 pets only. Pet policy applies.
- No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
- Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please.
- Noise policy: Kleinkrantz Beach House is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. We kindly request that loud music, parties or any excessive noise be avoided at all times, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting. No loud music or noise will be tolerated and the owners and property management company reserves their rights.
- A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
- Housekeeping service is not included - it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at time of enquiry.
- This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
- R 250 electricity per day is included, any usage above that is for guests account (prepaid electricity meter at the house).

Pet Policy applies:
- No dogs are allowed on beds or furniture
- A surcharge will be charged should we note dogs on beds/furniture to cover costs of cleaning, or if dogs messed in the house and we need to clean carpets etc. after departure
- Please keep an eye on your dogs at all times. The house has an enclosed garden with fencing. You need to accept full responsibility of your dogs and not let them wander around unattended, to cause nuisance for neigbors and their dogs
- Please clean up after your dogs i.e poop outside
- Please bring own dog beds & blankets & feeding bowls with
