● No smoking indoors, please discard cigarettes in ashtray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
● Noise policy: Traka Cottage is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We kindly request that noise levels be kept down, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting. Music must be turned down after 22:00. Unruly and/or noisy behaviour can result in eviction, without refund.
● A cleaning surcharge will be applicable, should the property not be left in a reasonable condition.
● This house has a conservancy/septic tank, only human waste and toilet paper down the toilets, please ensure cleaning materials are marked ‘Septic Tank Friendly’, thanks.
● Housekeeping service is not included - it is an optional extra. Please advise us well in advance should you need a housekeeper. It is subject to availability.
● Monarch Management strongly advises you to take out comprehensive travel insurance prior to arrival.
