With a sleeper couch in the lounge, this accommodation sleeps up to 3 people comfortably. Doors open from the living area out onto the gardens.

Additional features include a smart flatscreen TV, wifi, communal swimming pool with water fountain, outdoor shower, portable BBQ/Braai, sunloungers, outdoor dining area as well as a gazebo with indoor seating.

A major drawing card is its central location within in the heart of the Garden Route. This is the perfect choice for a beachfront holiday in a prime location. Easy reach with Wilderness village on one side and Sedgefield on the other, both home to various restaurants, markets, shops and more.

- This property is not wheelchair friendly.
- R 2000 in cash as breakages deposit upon check-in (or pre-paid via EFT for local RSA residents).
- R 250 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00.
- A maximum of 3 people are allowed to sleep over. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
- Children of all ages are welcome, however, please take care of small children. There are no safety barriers and no safety net on the swimming pool. You need to keep an eye on small children for their safety. The owners and property management company will not be held liable in any way.
- Please bring your own baby cot and high chair with.
- Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels.
- Wifi is included. The TV is a smart TV.
- No pets are allowed on the property.
- No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
- This is a high fire risk area, please NO open fires are allowed at the property and do not leave any fires unattended.
- Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please.
- Noise policy: This house is situated in a residential neighborhood. We kindly request that loud music, parties or any excessive noise be avoided at all times, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting. No loud music or noise will be tolerated and the owners and property management company reserves their rights.
- A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
- Only human waste and toilet paper down toilets please, any blockages will be for tenants account.
- Housekeeping service is available on prior request, at additional charge. Subject to availability at time of booking.
- This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
